US: Pending Home Sales decline by 1.9% in June vs. +0.3 expected

Pending Home Sales in the US decreased by 1.9% on a monthly basis in June following May's increase of 8.3%, the data published by the US National Association of Realtors showed on Thursday. This reading came in worse than the market expectation for an expansion of 0.3%.

Further details of the publication showed that, on a yearly basis, the change in Pending Home Sales was -1.9%.

Market reaction
