About Tixee

Tixee is a CFD broker that facilitates trading in forex, cryptos, indices, stocks and commodities. The brokerage also offers a user-friendly social trading solution, making it attractive to beginner investors.

Launched in October 2020, the broker has already won awards as the best newcomer and the top IB program. Tixee’s headquarters are based in Limassol, Cyprus and there are additional offices in Seychelles and South Africa.

The firm is regulated by three financial watchdogs, including the CySEC, FSCA, and FSA.

Account holders can take positions on a decent range of tradable assets:

Crypto – 7 cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin and Ethereum
Indices – 5 indices such as the S&P 500 and FTSE 100
Stocks – 143 stocks listed on the NYSE, NASDAQ and HKEX
Commodities – 8 commodities including gold and silver

Trading Platforms

WebTrader

Firstly, there is the proprietary WebTrader platform which can be accessed directly through a browser. The platform is integrated into the central dashboard, which is the main portal through which you can monitor open positions, view pending orders and trading history.

Tixee has made it easy for clients to conduct technical analysis and execute trades through the beginner-friendly, browser-based platform. There is a range of indicators such as relative strength index and simple moving averages which can be overlaid onto price history charts. And with time frames ranging from 1 minute up to 1 month, many different strategies are accommodated.

WebTrader

Tixee does support price alerts however, they cannot be customized. Instead, you can select whether you receive alerts after high impact, medium impact or low impact economic events.

Simple Trader

If you want a more streamlined trading experience, opt for Simple Trader. This platform does not offer detailed price history charts with technical indicators. Instead, you can see an unlabelled chart to show general trends, the change over the previous 24 hours, market sentiment and the buy-sell spreads.

Clicking on buy or sell opens a pop-up window where you can input the lot size as well as the price limits for take profit and stop loss orders. When our experts used Simple Trader, they found the terminal was the best option for novice traders.

Simple Trader

Third-Party Platforms

In addition to the proprietary applications, Tixee clients can use the MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5) platforms. Both are world-leading trading terminals where investors can use a range of integrated indicators or create their own. A selection of instant and pending order types, plus various graphs and charting styles are also available.

Additionally, MT4 and MT5 support the creation of Expert Advisors (EAs), so customers can set up automated trading robots to carry out strategies. Each platform can be downloaded for free using the links on the broker’s website.

MetaTrader 4

Copy Trading

One of Tixee’s prominent features is its copy trading service. Available via the main dashboard, clients can either follow another trader’s strategy or provide their own.

Top Traders

For clients interested in copying, there is a leaderboard of all available traders showing their strategy name, return rate, number of people following already and the fee charged. You will also be able to find detailed statistics on a strategy’s performance. For instance, the maximum profit overall, average daily profit, the best trade, the worst trade and a graph showing the returns since the trader started.

When you are providing a strategy for traders to copy, you need to create a profile for the trading system. This should include details such as what you will be trading and the minimum balance required to follow along. Tixee allows providers to impose a percentage fee so you can earn from the clients copying your trades.
