Throughout July, TIFIA is holding an affiliate contest for the year 2022 for Philippine Partners.
General Provisions Regarding the Be On Top Affiliate Contest for Philippine Partners
1.1 Tifia is the organizer of “BE ON TOP.”
1.2 The contest's official website contest page must have complete, up-to-date information on the contest's terms and regulations.
1.3 By registering for the “BE ON TOP” competition, participants acknowledge that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are considered acknowledged at the time of contest registration.
1.4 The contest is open to anyone of legal age who are Filipino citizens and Tifia clients.
1.5 The monthly prize pool for the “BE ON TOP” affiliate contest is comprised of the following:

1st place: 50,000 Pesos

2nd place: 10,000 Pesos

3rd place: 5,000 Pesos

4th place: 3,000 Mexican Pesos

5th place: 2,000 Mexican Pesos
1.6 Tifia may modify these terms and conditions of the competition at any moment without prior notification.
1.7 Disputes occurring during the contest time shall be addressed in accordance with these terms and conditions and Tifia's governing documents. Situations not covered by these terms and conditions may be settled by discussion, with the “BE ON TOP” contest organizer having the last say in any disagreement.
1.8 Tifia retains the right to utilize winner-related information for promotional reasons and disseminate it in a variety of outlets. The contest winners will be asked to take part in promotional and marketing events sponsored by the contest organizer and its partners, such as interviews, photo and video reports, and press releases. The organizer agrees not to share the winners' personal information without their authorization. In the event that the winner refuses to engage in these activities and offers their information for promotional reasons, the organizer has the right to alter the list of winners and award the prize to the participant who finished second in the ranking.
2.1 The “BE ON TOP” competition is split into successive contest seasons. The contest period schedule is:

Contest period 1 – March: from 00:00:00 March 1, 2022, until 23:59:59 March 31, 2022.

Contest period 2 – April: from 00:00:00 January 1, 2022 to 23:59:59 April 30, 2022

Contest period 3 – May: from 00:00:00 on 01 May 2022 to 23:59:59 on 31 May 2022

Contest Period 4 – June: From 00:00:00 on 01 June 2022 until 23:59:59 on 30 June 2022

Contest Period 5 – July: From 00:00:00 on 01 July 2022 until 23:59:59 on 31 July 2022

Contest period 6 – August: from 00:00:00 August 1, 2022, to 23:59:59 August 31, 2022 (the indicated time is the Tifia trading server time shown in the terminal).
2.2 The contest is open to all Tifia partners in the Philippines who have active partner accounts.
When registering for the competition, a partner must supply their partner's UID and a nickname that will appear in the contest rating.
2.4 To register for the contest if you are not a Tifia partner, you must first establish a Tifia partner account and get a partner UID. Then you may register for the competition on this website and begin working with Tifia's affiliate network.
2.5 The Tifia Partner Agreement governs the regulations for working on partner accounts that are participating in the competition.
2.6 An individual (business or individual) may only register and participate in the contest once.
3.1 The winners will be selected by the partner with the highest performance in recruiting new active customers to Tifia.
The top five competitors in the affiliate rating will be deemed the champions.
3.3 The following algorithm determines the rating for the “BE ON TOP” affiliate competition.
Affiliate Rating = (SUM DPST – SUM WDRW)/100 + (SUM TradingVolume/5) where SUM DPST is the total amount of all deposits made by the partner's referrals during the contest period; SUM WDRW is the total amount of all withdrawals made by the partner's referrals during the contest period; and SUM TradingVolume is the total volume for which the partner received an active referral is a customer whose profile has been completely confirmed, who
3.4 To be included on the list of winners and be eligible for the reward, only those partners must have met the following requirements from the time they registered for the contest to its conclusion:

- the in-out amount of the client's deposit must be more than $20,000

- The overall trading volume must exceed 250 lots
3.5 The ranking is updated every hour according to the algorithm.
3.6 Each participant (individual or business) is only eligible to earn one prize each contest term.
3.7 If, according to the contest results, many competitors have the same Affiliate Rating score, the participant who garnered the most active referrals throughout the contest period will be granted a higher position.
3.8 The organizer may remove a participant from the ranking or the list of winners without providing a reason. Possible reasons include the following infractions: – breach of the promotion's terms or any requirements of the company's primary regulatory documents; – suspicion of fraudulent activity to win the prize. – suspicion of multiple client profiles being registered by one individual or one company; – incorrect personal data indicated in the client profile and/or the absence of full profile verification; – suspicion of auto referral (attaching to referral group the partner's trading accounts/fake accounts);
3.9 The final list of winners will be compiled 5 business days after the conclusion of the contest, after a thorough review of their compliance with these terms.
3.10 Tifia may require extra identification information from contestants and winners.
